Is there a minimum contract length?
All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We prefer to earn your business every month — not lock you in.
What happens when I sign up?
We start with a free site audit to understand your current setup. Within 48 hours we'll have a full picture of your site, any outstanding issues, and a prioritised plan to address them.
How quickly do you respond to issues?
Critical issues (site down, security breach) get a response within 30 minutes. High-priority issues within 2 hours. General requests within one business day.
Do you support Drupal 7 sites?
Yes, we support Drupal 7, though we'd strongly recommend upgrading — it reached end-of-life in January 2025. We can manage your D7 site while planning the upgrade.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can move up (or down) a tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period.
What does "unlimited support hours" mean?
On Professional and Enterprise plans, we don't meter hours for maintenance, updates and issue resolution. You get what you need, not what you've budgeted.
